Q: How does Lay-away work?

A: Layaway is available for our clothing line and Doll Line. The terms are slighlty different. Its a purchase plan designed for customers who want to buy merchandise without using credit or paying the full price immediately. Our lay-away plan is convenient for many people. If you do not have a credit card or if you want to avoid the interest charges of a credit card or maybe you don't need the item for a few months. This will make it much easier for you to budget yourself according to your needs. When your item is paid in full we ship it to you.

Q: What are your Lay-Away Terms?

A:There is NO fee for using Layaway with us. Customers making purchases using our Lay-Away plan have up to 6 months (180 days) to pay their merchandise in full. Monthly payments (one payment every 30 days) are required to keep your Lay-Away purchase active and current. If no payment has been made on a layaway for 35 days, a written notice ( email ) will be sent to the purchaser. If no payment (or alternate arrangement) is made within 10 days of written notice, we reserve the right to cancel the Lay-Away.

Q: What does it mean to cancel the Lay Away?

It means that you no longer are obligated to buy the item and we are not obligated to return your money. We do not issue refunds on Layaways.

Q: I changed my mind on this item can I direct my layaway payments towards another item?

A:Yes you may in the event that the new item is more expensive. We do not issue refunds on Layaways. In the event that a item is less expensive then your previous layaway item we will issue a credit towards a future clothing purchase.

Q:What is the down payment to start the layaway plan with you?

A: For clothing it can be as little as $10.00 dollars(U.S funds) .For DOLLS your initial deposit is $50.00.Just make sure to budget and send in payments so that at the end of the 6 months you are paid in full

Q:How do I start a layaway with you?

A: Starting is easy! All you have to do is choose your skirt and make a payment with the payment option " layaway" Most layaway plans start with 10.00 dollars down. Once you make a payment of $10.00 dollars( $50.00 if you are ordering a doll ) we will bill you $10.00 every 30 days until your item is paid off.For dolls there is no set amount a month you must pay. Just please be sure to pay something each month so that your layaway does not default. We send these bills electronically to you email.

You can however designate what you would like your payment plan to be. For instance you put $10.00 dollars down to start and perhaps you want your monthly layaway plan to be $20.00 dollars after that. Just shoot us an email and we can do that no problem. Once you are started we send you a confirmation email and your customer ID Number and a link to our database in which you can see how much you paid and what your balance is whenever you need to.
